In addition to his construction background, Cesar has proudly served as a firefighter since 2017, further strengthening his focus on safety, structure, and protecting others.

Originally born in Houston, Texas, Cesar moved to Wichita in 2002 and has since built strong ties within the local community. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a wider range of clients with clarity and confidence.
